Welcome to The Berkshire Center for Craniofacial Pain and Dental Sleep Medicine. We are open!
Our community has been through a lot over the past few months and we are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing that has remained the same: our commitment to your health and safety.
Infection control has always been a top priority in our practice. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it is both safe and comfortable.
Our office follows the infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up to date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued.
Here are some changes that we have introduced at our center.
• Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask you some health screening questions. These same questions will be asked again when you arrive at the office.
• Please wear a mask on entering, leaving, and while in the building.
• Upon entering the office, we will ask to record your forehead temperature using a non-contact infrared thermometer.
• We have hand sanitizer stations throughout the office. We ask that you to use hand sanitizer when you enter and leave the office.
• Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. We ask that you be prompt for your appointment. When you arrive in the parking area, contact our office and we will notify you when it is appropriate to enter the building.
Our center now provides Telemedicine services (virtual appointments). With the concern over physically being present in the office and the risk of spreading or contracting the virus, this service is a practical way for you to connect with us safely from your home or office. We feel this will be part of the “new normal” in care.
We look forward to seeing you and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we have taken. To make an appointment, please call our office at 413-528-4680.
We value your trust, loyalty, and patience during this time. We look forward to seeing you soon!
